Notes-
Exterior was polished and waxed a minimum of every 12 months.
Exterior was washed and detailed after each trip.
Interior was never exposed to any tobacco/cigar or hemp smoke.
Interior was cleaned and disinfected after each trip.
Black and grey tanks where flushed after each trip.
Mixture of water, bleach, calgon water softener and (2) laundry
detergent pods where added to the black and grey tanks after
each trip.
Fresh water tank was disinfected a minimum of every 12 months.
Exterior RV and tires where alway covered when not in uses. uses.
Wheel lug nuts where torque to 120 LBS before each trip.
Tires where inflated to 95 PSI before each trip.
Owner created an interior and exterior punch-list for addressed
items needing attention.
Owner built a wall mount cherry wood shoe rack at entry.
Owner installed heavy duty drawer slides in all pantry pull-outs.
Owner installed heavy duty gas “lift” struts for under-bed
storage.
Owner built easy to uses pneumatic “blow-out water” fitting for
winterizing RV.
During winter the RV was supplied with 20 amp outlet to charge
batteries and heat interior with 110 volt oil heater; average winter
temperature around 45 degrees.
Owner applied slide-out rubber sealant minimum of every 12
months.
This RV has never been in an accident, had any leaks or water
damage.
